How to use lifting straps


To summarize the video and to start putting on your lifting straps:
  1. Slide one end of the long strap through the loop as if you're making a circle.
  2. Open your hands with palms facing up and slide the loop over your hand and place it on your wrist.
  3. Ensure that the end of each strap is facing in the direction of your thumb.
  4. Once you have them around your wrists, you are now ready to start using them.
To use your lifting straps:
  1. Hold one end of the strap with one hand and place it on the bar you will be lifting.
  2. Wrap the excess material in a twisting motion around the bar.
  3. You can allow the excess material to hang after one or two rotations around the bar.
  4. Secure the wrapped strap around the bar by placing your hand over the strap.
  5. To tighten, roll the strap so that it sits tightly against the bar.
