Read about Marcus "Mac" Rosmalm

Born 1992. From Stockholm/Haninge and works as a carpenter. Mac's hobbies besides training are traveling and watching football, specifically Djurgården. Mac won the World Powerlifting Championship in Poland in 2019 in the 82.5 class and received an invitation to Arnold Classic. In 2020 at the World Championships in Poland, he achieved his best result ever, a total of 745 kg at a body weight of 88 kg.

How it all started

Mac played football on and off since he was 11-12 years old, but due to injuries, Mac quit football completely in 2017 and focused more on strength training. This led to Mac eventually accompanying a relative to Poland to compete in bench press and deadlift in 2018, and after that, he became completely hooked on powerlifting.

"After a competition in 2021, I was asked to represent Nordic Training Gear. As I had both seen and tested their products before, I said yes right away and hope for many years together. My favorite exercise is the bench press because I feel strongest there, but I'm leaning towards the squat as that exercise is the ultimate one in my opinion.
