Born in 1993 and weighing 150 kg. About ten years ago, in the Småland forests, a great interest in strength training and food was born. At the same time, an interest in working with children was also born. This later led to a big teddy bear who became both a recreational and sports teacher and Sweden's strongest man in 2021.

How it all started

At the age of 21, Buktryck started competing in Strongman. Extreme amounts of food and countless hours in the gym have led to two wins in Sweden's strongest student, five consecutive finals and most recently, in 2021, a victory in Sweden's strongest man. Buktryck has also competed internationally in the Strongman Champions League in Lithuania and Norway.
