Born in 1989 in Sweden's pride, Skåne. Veronica drives a 24-meter truck during the day, has a teenager, and lives with her 2 cats. In her free time, she mostly spends it at the gym as this is a lifestyle for her, with a strong vision of always getting better, stronger, and living a healthy life.

How it all started

When Veronica was 10 years old, she played floorball until she was 22. After 12 years of strain on her knees, she wanted to try something new, so she entered a gym. It was a whole new world for her, and she immediately took to lifting weights, preferably as heavy as possible.

Being the competitive person she is, she started looking around to see if there was something she could do to test her strength. She got in touch with friends who trained and competed in Strong(wo)man. In 2017, she made her debut in Sweden's Strongest Woman -82 kg, securing a 4th place finish with a thirst for more competitions.

In 2022, she placed 2nd in the open class in Sweden's Strongest Woman.

In total, Veronica has participated in more than 20 Strongwoman competitions, placing in the top 3 in most of them.
