What are wrist wraps?

Wrist wraps are a training accessory used to provide extra support and stability to the wrists during heavy lifts. They are particularly useful in pressing exercises such as bench press and shoulder press, where the wrists can be subjected to high loads. By using wrist wraps, you can reduce the risk of injury and overuse in the wrists and thereby improve your training performance.

Our wrist wraps are made of durable cotton material and elastic material to provide good support. They are available in two different flexibilities and three different lengths to suit different training needs and wrist sizes. Each wrist wrap has a sturdy thumb loop at one end and a Velcro strap at the other end, making it easy to adjust the fit and ensure that the wrap stays in place.

Why should you invest in wrist wraps?

Investing in a pair of wrist wraps can have several benefits for your training. Wrist wraps can provide extra stability and support to your wrists during heavy lifts, which can reduce the risk of injury and overuse. By using wrist wraps, you can also improve your technique and performance in pressing exercises, as you can focus more on the lift itself without worrying about your wrists giving way.

Our wrist wraps are specially designed to provide increased safety, stabilization, and comfort during training. They are made of durable materials and come in various lengths and flexibilities to suit different needs and preferences. By choosing the right length and flexibility, you can find a pair of wrist wraps that provide optimal support and comfort for your specific training needs.

If you haven't used wrist wraps before, we recommend starting with a pair that is 40 or 60 cm long and with the stiffness level of stiff. These are suitable for most lifts and provide enough support to keep your wrists in place. Once you get used to using wrist wraps, you can then consider trying a longer pair or one with less flexibility to find the perfect pair for your training.

What are knee wraps?

Knee wraps are bands designed to provide support and stability to the knee joints. They are made of similar elastic material as wrist wraps but are much longer, 2.5 m or 3 m.

Knee wraps are primarily used by powerlifters but can also be used by people who do heavy squats or other exercises that put a lot of stress on the knee joints. They provide extra support and stability by wrapping around the knee, creating compression. This increases the power that can be generated through the knee joint and reduces the risk of knee injury during heavy lifts.

To get the most out of knee wraps, it is important to use the right technique and wrap them properly. By using knee wraps correctly, you can avoid injuries and maximize the benefits. It is also important to use knee wraps in moderation and not wrap them too tightly or use them for longer periods than necessary. This way, you can prevent weakness in the muscles and tendons that support the knee joint, leading to stronger knees and reduced risk of long-term injury.

Why invest in knee wraps?

Investing in knee wraps can be a wise choice for people who train with heavy weights and want to reduce the risk of knee injuries and increase performance. Knee wraps provide extra stability to the knee joint by creating a spring-like effect, which increases the maximum weight that can be lifted and reduces the risk of injuries.

When choosing knee wraps, it is important to consider the length and flexibility of the wraps. For beginners, a length of 2.5 meters and stiffness are usually recommended. However, there are different types of knee wraps, so it is important to choose one that suits your needs.

Whether you train in powerlifting, CrossFit, bodybuilding or other types of strength training, knee wraps can provide extra support and increase performance. If you are unsure about which knee wraps are right for your needs, contact us and we will help you.
