They are usually used in pressing exercises, e.g. in bench press and shoulder press. Our wrist wraps have two different flexibilities and three different lengths, made of durable cotton and elastic material. They have a solid thumb loop at one end and a velcro strap at the end.What are knee wraps?Knee wraps are wraps designed to provide support and stability to the knee joints. They are made of similar elastic material used in wrist wraps but are much longer, 2 m or 2.5 m. Knee wraps are intended to improve knee safety during heavy leg sessions, they also allow you to lift more weight. Knee wraps are also useful to reduce the pressure and strain on the tendons of the thigh muscle.Why should you invest in wrist wraps?Our wrist wraps are manufactured for increased safety, stabilization and comfort.
