Calculate your Wilks and DOTS score based on your powerlifting total (squat + bench press + deadlift) or a single lift. You can either enter your squat, bench press and deadlift separately, or enter your already calculated total directly. DOTS is the official formula used by the IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) since 2020 to compare strength across different bodyweights, while Wilks is the classic formula that has been used in powerlifting for many years.
The scale applies to the full powerlifting total. When calculating a single lift, the score will be lower, but the formula is the same.
