Our nordic grips are designed so that you can easily use these for all your pressing and pulling exercises, e.g. rows, lat pull, bench press or shoulder press.
Very easy to use. During press exercises, use the rubber side inside your hand, to protect the hand against chafing/hardening and to give you a better grip. During pulling exercises, you first wrap the rubber around the bar and hold your hand against the rubber and the bar, you do not have to wrap several turns around the bar as you otherwise need to do with traditional lifting straps.
Nordic grips are made of rubber, which creates anti-slip against the bar, and we have chosen to use Neoprene padding at the wrist for increased comfort.
