• Designed for Strongman training and competition:
  Our Throwing Bag is a durable throwing bag developed for Strongman athletes looking to train and improve their throwing technique. Whether you are preparing for a competition or want to improve your explosiveness, it is an excellent tool for regular throwing practice. The throwing bag is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and can be filled to your desired weight, up to 26 kg.
  
• Heavy-duty 1050D nylon with reinforced stitching:
  The Throwing Bag is made from durable 1050D nylon, a heavy-duty material also used in military equipment due to its high abrasion resistance. To further improve durability, the bag features reinforced stitching sewn with extra-strong nylon thread. The construction is designed to withstand the stress caused by repeated throws and demanding Strongman training.
  
• Double-bag design for extra durability:
  Unlike simpler throwing bags, our Throwing Bag consists of two separate parts: a blue outer bag and a black inner bag. The inner bag keeps the filling in place and is closed by fastening the Velcro, rolling up the opening and securing it further. The outer bag is then closed with its own Velcro closure. The double-bag construction provides extra protection and reduces the risk of the filling leaking out during training.
  
• 25 cm handle for a secure grip:
  The throwing bag is equipped with a 25 cm long handle that provides plenty of room for both hands. This makes it easier to get a secure grip and control the bag before the throw, whether you are training with lighter or heavier weights.
  
• Adjustable weight up to 26 kg:
  A major advantage of our Throwing Bag is that you decide the weight yourself. Fill the inner bag with sand to your desired load and adjust the training to your level. The throwing bag can be filled up to 26 kg, making it suitable for both technique training with lighter weights and heavier throws in preparation for Strongman competitions.
  
• How do you fill the Throwing Bag?
  1. Place the black inner bag inside the blue outer bag.
  2. Fill the black inner bag with sand to your desired weight, up to a maximum of 26 kg.
  3. Close the Velcro on the inner bag, roll up the opening and secure the additional Velcro strap.
  4. Close the blue outer bag using the Velcro closure. The throwing bag is now ready to use!
  
  Tip for lighter weights: If you want to fill the throwing bag to less than 26 kg, we recommend using sawdust or filling the remaining space with fabric, for example. This helps the bag maintain its shape even at a lower weight.
