  – A blue outer bag made of durable nylon with a heavy-duty zipper and double velcro straps that keep everything in place.
  
• How to fill your Husafell Sandbag:
  1. Open the blue outer bag and then the black inner bag.
  2. Fill the black bag with sand, preferably jointing sand, until it is compact and tightly packed.
  3. Seal the black bag with velcro, roll down the top, press it tight, and close the velcro to secure it.
  4. Zip up the outer bag and secure it with the velcro straps.
  5. You're ready to train!
